If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly
accept your return up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

You will get a full refund on pager service charges if you need to return
your pager within the first 15 days from the date of purchase. You will
get a pro-rated refund, excluding the service used, up to 30 days from
the date of purchase.

Refunds and buy-backs exclude shipping charges, activation charges
and other possible charges (see below). Product must be in resaleable
condition (see below).

Returns:
To return an item, you must request and receive an RMA # (Return of
Materials Authorization). Items returned without an RMA # will not be
accepted. To return an item, please call us at , Monday -
Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST, excluding Holidays.

Items returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.

The product must be in the original packaging and in new condition -
i.e., not showing any signs of use, such as scratches, missing parts,
altered parts, etc. You must return all pieces and packaging, and
product must be in resaleable condition, and received by us within
15 days of the RMA# request.

Special Orders (including Bulk Orders - more than 2 pagers) are not
returnable. Products that are damaged during shipping will be
exchanged while product is still available. If product is not available,
you will be given a full refund (see Refunds below) upon return of
the damaged/defective goods. All returns must be in the original
container and include all the pieces, damaged or not.

Refunds exclude shipping & handling, order processing, activation
or any other special charges.

Damaged or defective items will be repaired or exchanged at
IN-Depth's discretion.

Shipping damage must be reported to IN-Depth within 24 hours
of receiving the package.
